Apparently a strong, supple pelvic floor can minimize many of the discomforts of pregnancy and make delivery easier. The combination of strength and length in the pelvic floor creates muscles with great intensity to support a baby in addition to all of the organs that rest on it. 
Also breathing into the side ribs to stretche the diaphragm and pelvic floor is of great help.
30 minutes of yoga every day helps to develop the strength and flexibility neccessary and leaves mama healthy and happy🧘🏻‍♀️ૐ
