29 weeks has just started !! Only 11 weeks left🤱🏻Hard to believe that time flies so quickly.
I am looking forward to seeing and holding my baby in my arms, but I feel somewhat emotional when I think that she will be no longer in my tummy 😢
This feeling made me realize that I should enjoy every precious moments and the rest of pregnancy 💓
My friends often ask me whether I feel anxious having a birth overseas? There is anxiety indeed, but every time I do yoga, I feel a deeper and sharper connection to my baby. That makes me feel less anxious. I feel blessed to be able to do yoga everyday 🧘🏻ૐ

👶🏻💕に会えるのはもちろん楽しみだけど、お腹から出て行ってしまうと思うとなんだか悲しい気もするなぁ😢
残りの妊婦生活をもっと楽しんで過ごそうと改めて思う今日この頃💓
最近よく海外で出産、不安じゃない?とよくよく聞かれる。確かに不安なこともある、だけどヨガする度に👶🏻💕と深いところで繋がっている感覚が研ぎ澄まされていって不安も少なくなっていく。毎日ヨガのある生活ができることに感謝🧘🏻‍♀️ૐ

Strengthening and lengthening the pelvic floors is crucial ✨💫
Apparently a strong, supple pelvic floor can minimize many of the discomforts of pregnancy and make delivery easier. The combination of strength and length in the pelvic floor creates muscles with great intensity to support a baby in addition to all of the organs that rest on it. 
Also breathing into the side ribs to stretche the diaphragm and pelvic floor is of great help.
30 minutes of yoga every day helps to develop the strength and flexibility neccessary and leaves mama healthy and happy🧘🏻‍♀️ૐ

骨盤底を強化ししなやかに伸ばすことは重要です✨💫
強くしなやかな骨盤底は妊娠中の不快感の多くを最小限に抑え、スムーズな出産をすることができるそうです。強くしなやかな骨盤底の組み合わせにより、赤ちゃんや内臓を支える強度な筋肉も鍛えられます。
横隔膜と骨盤底を伸ばすために側肋骨に意識的に呼吸するこも良いそうです。
毎日30分のヨガは、強くしなやかで柔軟な体にし、ママを健康でハッピーにしてくれます🧘🏻‍♀️ૐ

Feeling so blissful after 30min gentle flow prenatal Yoga.
My mind is clear and obviously increase strength and flexibility.
My yoga routine to about 30 minutes and to never push myself. 
Yoga is a means to relax, so there is no reason to push myself, which isn’t safe or healthy for an expecting mom🧘🏻‍♀️ૐ

Pigeon pose is one of my favourite yoga poses. This hip-opener is perfect for relieving lower back tension, stretching the groin and psoas muscles and one of the best poses for sciatica🌿✨ It creates a deep hip and thigh stretch and is an excellent choice to follow up on after challenging strengthening poses. For pregnant women, it is ideal for releasing tension in the hips and lower back. 
Since few weeks ago, I have lower back pain which I never had before becoming pregnant🤰🏻
As the uterus expands, it shifts the center of gravity and also stretches out (and weakens) the abdominal muscles, affecting the posture and putting strain on the back. It may also cause back pain if it's pressing on a nerve. Plus, the extra weight I’m carrying means more work for my muscles and increased stress on the joints, which is why the back may feel worse at the end of the day🧘🏻‍♀️ૐ
